You are eligible if you:
- Represented India or State in International or National competitions
- Won medal in Junior or Senior National Championships
- Won medal in Khelo India Youth / University / Winter / Para Games
- Represented University in Inter-University tournaments
- Represented State School Team in National School Games (SGFI)
Note: Only valid sports certificates (Form 1 to Form 5) issued by authorized authorities will be accepted.

- SC / ST: Up to 10 years
- Departmental candidates: Apply till 40 years of age. (45 years for SC/ST
candidates).
